Fathom Summit 2024 will be held on November 12th and 13th, 2024, with an additional leadership day on November 14th, 2024.

As a note, there will be a Meet-and-Greet event on Monday, November 11, from 6:00-8:00 PM. The Fathom Agent sessions will begin on Tuesday morning, November 12th, and end on Wednesday afternoon, November 13th. The Fathom Summit discounted room rates are available from November 9th to 15th if you want to arrive early or stay late to explore Las Vegas.
The cost to attend Fathom Summit 2024 starts at $650 for Early Bird Registration (Single Payment, completed by 11:59 PM Eastern, Sunday, June 30th). Payment plans are available, as is Team registration. The registration cost includes access to the Meet and Greet on November 11th, all Agent sessions, workshops, speakers, lunches on November 12th and 13th, and the Fathom Celebration Dinner on November 13th.
As a Team Leader, you should utilize our Team registration option. Please note that we offer payment plans for this option. To use this option, your Team must be officially registered with Fathom and you must register at least two people (you and at least one other member of your Team).
If you registered on a payment plan, we will finish the payment plan, and you will then have two options. You can get a refund for that team member or change the attendee to a different team member.
Due to popular demand, we are offering payment plans this year for all ticket options (Individual, Team registration, and Fathom Brands). Please note that a deposit of ⅓ of the total ticket price will be due at registration. The balance will be paid in two installments over the following two months. For example, if you register on June 14th, your deposit (⅓ of total ticket price) will be due at registration. The remaining two payments (equal to ⅓ each) will be processed on July 14th and August 14th.
Our new Priority Registration is a limited-time offer that allows individual agents to secure a $50 discount without a financial commitment. This option is only open until July 7, 2024. When you choose Priority Registration, you will answer three questions and then receive an individualized coupon code for a $50 discount on your rate. This discount is available for Individual registrations only, Team and Leader registrations do not qualify. Additionally, this discount does not apply retroactively to completed registrations. This coupon is good for use on Standard Registration from July 1 through August 31, 2024. Attendees may stay at any accommodation of their choosing for Fathom Summit 2024. However, we have negotiated deeply discounted room rates starting at $59 per night (plus taxes and fees) at the SAHARA Las Vegas.

Fathom Summit 2024 will have formal and informal networking opportunities with fellow agents, speakers, staff, and leadership.
During registration, you will be asked if you have any food allergies. If you do, please enter at registration. We will work with the venue in good faith to label foods that could cause allergic reactions for our attendees. Please note that if you have a food preference or sensitivity, but not an allergy, you must maintain due diligence.
There will be a Meet-and-Greet on Monday, November 11th, and our Fathom Celebration Dinner on Wednesday, November 13th.

While we encourage family support and involvement, we have designed the Summit to cater primarily to our valued Fathom Agents. Therefore, children will not be able to attend the Summit. However, we welcome non-licensed spouses to join us for selected sessions by purchasing a special ticket priced at $350. This ticket will grant them access to the meet and greet, opening ceremony, lunches, the Fathom Celebration Dinner, and keynote speaker.
Spouse Guest Tickets are only intended for non-licensed, non-real estate agent spouses. This means they cannot be a real estate agent at Fathom Realty or any other brokerage.
No, Spouse Tickets are for non-licensed, non-real estate agent spouses ONLY. If your spouse is also a Fathom Realty agent, they should register as an AGENT to attend the Agent Sessions and Events.
The Spouse Guest Ticket provides access to the Meet-and-Greet, Opening Ceremony, Lunches, Celebration Dinner, and Keynote speaker events at the Fathom Summit 2024.
If both spouses are Fathom Realty agents and want to attend the Fathom Summit 2024 AND are on a registered team together, they can purchase tickets through the Team Registration option. However, they will still need to purchase tickets for each attendee.
No, each Fathom Realty agent attending the Fathom Summit must have their own Agent Ticket. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered attendee.
No, the optional add-on sessions at the Fathom Summit 2024 are only available for Fathom Realty licensed agents. Spouses, even if they are licensed agents with other brokerages, cannot attend these add-on sessions.
No, the Spouse Ticket for the Fathom Summit 2024 does not include access to the optional add-on sessions. The Spouse Ticket grants access to the Opening Session, Awards Dinner, and Guest Speaker events only.
We encourage business casual attire for the Fathom Summit workshops, sessions, and speakers. Professional business attire is suggested for the Annual Celebration and Awards Dinner (suit and tie or dress shirt, sport coat, dress pants, slacks, and blouse or dress).
